INFO:Paradisi is a former goalkeeper. His career started at Fiorentina where he was a reserve in 1978-79 and from 1981 to 1983. He was a starter at Empoli from 1979 to 1981. He was once again a substitute at Catanzaro in 1983 before transferring to Avellino where he had a good two-year spell from 1983 to 1985. He had his best time at Como from 1985 to 1989, making a total of 143 appearances. He then had experiences with Catania, Carpi and Novara. He retired in 1995.
Paradisi was a solid goalkeeper with a strong physique but also quickness when coming off his goal. He often acted as goalkeeper-sweeper, even pressing opponents out of the area and anticipating them with headers or tackles. He would then pass the ball, showing a decent technique. However, he wasn't hard to dribble or to beat with straight shots and lobs because it wasn't uncommon for him to leave the goal unprotected when he came off his goal. He possessed great reflexes, a good jump, the ability to save powerful shots or clear the ball with his punches during set pieces. Whenever he tried to catch the ball though, he wasn't always safe enough in holding it. In general, he made many mistakes during very good performances.
