INFO:Drago is a former goalkeeper. He spent most of his career at Empoli, making appearances from 1984 to 1989 plus the 1994-95 season. He holds the clean sheet record in Serie A for Empoli with 491' minutes in 1987-88. An ever-present at Empoli for several seasons, he missed only one game between 1985 and 1989. He played also for Aosta, Cremonese, Atalanta, Bari, Triestina and Pontedera, where he retired in 1999. He was also part of Juventus between 1980 and 1983 but never played a match.
One of the best goalkeepers in Empoli history, Drago was reliable and very agile. His outstanding reaction and leaps made him very effective between the posts, saving even the most dangerous shots. He was good also out of the goal, sprinting to anticipate the strikers or trying to cover.
