Biasiolo is a former defensive midfielder and occasionally central midfielder. He spent his best years at Milan, making 215 appearances from 1970 to 1977, scoring 17 goals. He played also for Lanerossi Vicenza and Lecce among others. He retired in 1981. A key player in Milan's team during the first half of the 1970s, Biasiolo wasn't the kind of half back who had to stay back to defend. Instead, he supported the attack throughout the match whenever possible due to his stamina and offensive prowess. In fact, he scored a good number of goals as he possessed fine technical skills and was accurate with both feet. He often reached the opposing area to receive the ball and beat the goalkeeper, showing a remarkable tap-in ability. Other than that, he was a very good assist-man, capable of delivering superb short passes. His high balls were quite good as well.
