INFO:He was an excellent, reliable defender of the great Vojvodina of the 70s. Fast and strong as steel. Vujkov was the legendary right back, if necessary he also played left back and defensive midfielder, nothing was difficult for Djoka when it came to Vojvodina.
He played for FK Vojvodina from Novi Sad for a whole decade (1973-83), playing 234 first league matches in which he scored 8 goals. Part of the squad which were 2nd in the 1974/75 Yugoslav league as well as winner of the 1977 Mitropa Cup.
As an international player, he played for Belgian SC Lokeren, Spanish Castellón and Austrian DSV Alpine Donawitz, where he ended his playing career. A couple of times he rejected offers from Partizan and Red Star to stay with his club - Vojvodina.
Played 4 games for the Yugoslav national team. He made his debut on March 23, 1977 against the USSR (2:4) in Belgrade, and said goodbye to the "blues" on October 5, 1977 against Hungary (3:4) in Budapest.
