Former German winger. Del'Haye was classic winger and the best example how the bastards of Bayern Munchen just buy players to make their rivals weaker and than destroy those players careers by keeping them on the bench. Kalle was ultra fast player, very endurable but very weak in scoring. He could make soild cross and could cover a wide area with his explosivness, he also had solid ball control and was dangerous in dribbling mainly because of his great pace. Karl Del'Haye went through from seventh to eighteenth birthday all youth divisions of his home club Alemannia Aachen in 1973 and received a license contract player for the West Regional. He was part of a national team of the National Association of the Middle Rhine, which came in 1974 with a 1-0 victory over the combined team of the National Association of Westfalen Country Cup for amateurs. After this season, signed him to the Bundesliga club Borussia Moenchengladbach, for whom he came in his first Bundesliga season on four assignments. He made his debut on 10 September 1974 (Round 3). In the 3-1 home win against Tennis Borussia Berlin, he was in the 61 Jupp Heynckes minute substitute. He scored his first Bundesliga goal on 11 September 1976 (Round 5) to the final score 3-1 at home to Werder Bremen. Furthermore, he came to six games in the DFB Cup competition, 29 in the European Cup competitions and the World Cup. 1980 Del'Haye moved for a then-record transfer fee of 1.3 million D-Mark to join Bayern Munich. If one calculates the stakes per season during the entire contract period, played by MPQ at Bayern but even more frequently than in Mönchengladbach (14.8 to 14.5 applications per season). In his five years at Bayern Munich, Bundesliga, he scored seven goals in 74 missions, he had come near Mönchengladbach in six years to 87 missions and 14 goals. At Bayern Munich, he has been used once in the match for the DFB Cup and 14 times in the international cup matches. His move to Fortuna Dusseldorf in 1985 brought him no luck: In two years he remained in the Bundesliga total of 23 events with no hits. His last league game, he played on 17 June 1987 (Round 34) in a 2-2 draw at Bochum, as he in the 81st Minutes off the bench for Rudolf Wojtowicz was. 1987/88 he gave his active footballing career at the end Lobbericher SC 02 (SC Union today Nettetal). Del'Haye played 11 times in the DFB youth team, the first time on 14 September 1973 in Herford in a 1-0 victory against Finland and the last time on 3 April 1974 in Pitesti in the 0-2 defeat against Romania. Of 14 to 19 November, he took the youth national team in the tournament at the Prince Albert Cup, he won the final against the selection of Belgium 4-1 in a penalty shootout. In the first game, a 5-1 victory over the selection of Ireland on 17 November 1973, he scored his first two goals in the national jersey. On 14 November 1978 Del'Haye first appointed to the B-team; in Karlsruhe was defeated Hungary 3-0. His first goal for the "B-choice", he scored on 14 May 1980 in Kassel, when Poland was defeated 2-1. He had his last mission on 21 May 1981 in Bremen, as the Irish senior team was also defeated 3-0, and he contributed a goal. On 2 April 1980, then the first appointment to the senior team, in a 1-0 victory against Austria, he was in the 71st Klaus Allofs minute substitute. His second and last match took place during the European Championships in Italy in 1980, when he last group match against Greece (0-0) in the 66th Minutes off the bench for Karl-Heinz Rummenigge was at the end of the tournament and won the title of European Champion. Del'Haye 1983 was three times appointed to the Olympic team selection.
