he has more goals than presences, I know japanese league is not very good but his stats should be higher

The Japanese league was still at amateur level in the 1970s. And Japan was yet to be among the best Asian national teams. Considering all this, his stats are pretty good.

I highly doubt you can score over 300 goals with just 84 accuracy, even at a low level leagues, otherwise we should say the same at early european football but such players have amazing stats anyway

Early European football was certainly better than Japanese amateur era. There were plenty of matches between national teams and players could prove themselves in international football.
