Arturo Segovia is a former Colombian football player who used to play as side back, he is regarded as one of the best side backs in Colombian football history, he played in teams as Deportes Tolima, Atletico Junior, América de Cali and Millonarios where he got his best seasons, winning the tournaments in 1972 and 1978. He was a very strong player despite his height, very good marking and a great fighter on field.
