Teodor Anghelini was a right back of Steaua's side for 10 years. He was known for his uncompromising way of play, he was very brave with great physical attributes. On the other hand, he wasn't much of technical player. He focused mainly on defensive duties, but also could contribute to his team attacking moves by running down the right flank and delivering crosses, which weren't top quality but could be dangerous from time to time. He won two league titles and two Romanian cups with Steaua.
