Attack / Defence Awareness Card: Defense MindedINFOS:Larry Lloyd was a rock solid center back who spent majority of his career with Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, winning European trophies with both clubs. He won UEFA Cup in 1973 with Liverpool and back to back European Cups with Nottingham in 1979 and 1980. He was great defender, very strong, with good sense of positioning and excellent aerial play. When high balls arriving to Nottingham's half, he was the one who always got to it and made a clearance. Also, he was very dangerous when his team had a corner kick. He possessed decent speed for his stature, but on long distances, his first several steps were rather slow. He liked to join forward, often with the ball in his feet and it was very interesting to watch when he went past few opposing players with the ball in his feet. He was calm in decisive situations and a disciplined player. He played for English NT in only four games.
