Attack / Defence Awareness Card: Attack-MindedINFOS:The best ever player of Real Zaragoza. Lapetra was a part of the most famous Real Zaragoza attacking line in history called The Magnificent Five (Canario, Santos, Marcelino, Villa, Lapetra). He played on the left wing always in a number 11 shirt. He was an artist with ball, who orchestrates the attack, a player who could dictate the tempo of the game with his great organizational skills, but mostly static while defending. Injuries caused him to end his career when he was 31 year old. With Zaragoza he won two Spanish Cup trophies ( in 1964 and 1966) and one Inter City Fairs Cup in 1964. In 1964 he won European Nations Cup with Spanish national team for which he played in only 13 matches (his rivals on the left wing were legendary Paco Gento and Atletico's Enrique Collar, that's the main reason). Since 1996 in Zaragoza is holding a tournament in his honour, Memorial Carlos Lapetra.
