INFO:Rudi is former German winger, right sided part of great winger partnership at Bayern with Brenninger. He was fast and tricky player who knew to exaggerate with dribblings but also send a many useful crosses for Muller and Ohlhauser. Rudi was very elegant with good ball control, technically skillful and very agile, with solid shot. He was very fast in the 60s, loved to dribble and had very good shots. He helped Müller with a lot of passes, which Müller also remarked: "Without Rudi I couldn't have scored so many goals at that time!" A quick and tricky outside right with an elegant playing style. In the young Bayern side of the 1960s he formed a very good pair of wingers with Dieter Brenninger on the left who serviced Rainer Ohlhauser and Gerd Müller, the two central forwards in Bayern’s 4-2-4 of that period. With two such goalscoring threats in the middle it was neglectable that Nafziger himself rarely threatened the goal. He won one cap for West Germany, in 1965. Rudi rose to the Bundesliga with FC Bayern Munich in 1965, and won in 1966 and 1967 the DFB Cup, as well as the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1967. He also won the Swiss Cup in 1969 with FC St. Gallen.
