INFO:Džemaludin Mušović is a Bosnian football coach and former football player. He was one of the most talented strikers in Yugoslavia in 60's. Versatile player who could act as a classic right winger but also as a centre forward. Mušović was very explosive player with good dribbling and quick footwork, that was his main weapon. He was good scorer and could also provide useful crosses. His spell at Hajduk Split started with broken leg at NT game in Tel Aviv, which influenced his scoring record. He started to play for his local team FK Sarajevo and soon became one of the most wanted players in Yugoslavia. Especially the Belgrade based team Crvena Zvezda wanted to sign him, but somehow Hajduk Split made quicker moves and thanks to its captain and Mušović's friend Vinko Cuzzi, secured the move of Mušović and Aleksandar Ristić in their team. Džemo won National Cup in 1967 against his former team FK Sarajevo. Džemo later moved to play in Belgium for Standard Liege where he teamed up with fellow Yu mates Josip Bukal and Krasnodar Rora and the club played well in those early 70's. Mušović later moved to France and played for LB Châteauroux and US Valenciennes where he eventually ended his career. For Hajduk Split he played 188 matches and scored 69 goals, of which 86 championship matches and 14 goals. For his home club FK Sarajevo Mušović in both periods, a total of ten league season - collected 162 league games and 58 goals. Colors of Sarajevo he defended in a total of 291 games. With one game for youth (1962), two meetings and two goals for the young (1965-1967) and one game for the "B" team (1964), and played 10 games for the best selection of Yugoslavia, for which he scored two goals . Debuted on the 19th September 1965th in the match against Luxembourg (5:2) in Luxembourg, but the last game for the national team played the sixth April 1968th against France (1:1) in Marseilles. He was coach of Rudar (Kakanj), Leotad (Trebinje), Čelik Zenica and FK Sarajevo, and was a lecturer at the Higher School coaches in Sarajevo. Mušović was Assistant coach of Yugoslavia's Ivica Osim at the World Championships in Italy in 1990, coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1998 to 1999, since 1999. and coach of Qatar National Team from 2004 to 2007.
