Idriz Hošić is former Bosnian player. An attacking allrounder playing on all positions in attack and offensive midfield. A technically sound and dangerous midfielder with a massive shot and excellent heading abilities. He used to score from the free kicks but also from distance as well. He did shoot very often from distance, using every chance to shoot. Hošić was strong player but not too fast, combative who liked to take the initiative. From FK Partizan Belgrade, Hošić came to Germany in 1970 to 1 FC Kaiserslautern. He made ​​his debut on the opening day of the round 1970/71, on 15 August 1970, at the 3:5 away defeat at Hertha BSC in the Bundesliga. He scored in the 30th Minute of the game's first goal in the league. In three years he scored 31 goals for the club. In the 1973/74 season he played for MSV Duisburg. For the national team of Yugoslavia, he took part in two games, including one at the European Championships 1968 (0-2 against Italy). After his career in Germany he returned to his homeland. Persecuted in Yugoslavia, in 1993 at the initiative of Jürgen Friedrich returned to Kaiserslautern, where initially trained FCK Portuguese and then the A and B-youth of the first FC Kaiserslautern.
