INFO:Former Polish defender. Antoni played as left back although he was right footed but he used well the left foot. Small and delicate, but usually impossible for opponents to get through. On the pitch, "Tosiek" was an extremely ambitious, feisty and unyielding player Very brave and consistent player, for seven years (1966-1973), not missing a single minute of play, 159 consecutive league matches. He was fast, decisive, had great positioning, rarely fouled. And when the opportunity arose, he moved forward, doubling Robert Gadocha, and then he wasn't weaker than true wingers. He liked to join the attack and had good attacking play despite the fact he didn't score a lot of goals throughout the career. Player with good pace and ball control, he participated in organization of the attacks and had strong shot but not too precise. First steps put in Mazurze Karczew, which in 1961 came to Legia. Over the next 12 years represented the Legia on the national and international fields arenas. There a total of less than 300 matches and scored 3 goals. He began his career in the Legion was starting in 1961 and participated in the most important moments in this team. With the Legia was promoted to the semi-finals of the Champions Cup, and later as a captain drove Legion into battle with the AC Milan. The tie proved to be slightly worse. After the draw in Warsaw, Milan lost after extra-time goal to lose 120 minutes. Furthermore, between 1969 and 1970 reached the national championship, in 1964, 1966 and 1973 enjoyed together with colleagues from the Polish Cup. After leaving the Legion for many years, played football in the United States until the late 80's. Trzaskowski's misfortune was that at the same time Poland had an even better left defender – Zygmunt Anczok, and after him the young Adam Musiał. He therefore played for the national team only once, in Kazimierz Górski's first match, against Switzerland in Lausanne. He was then a month after his thirtieth birthday. There was no more to come.
