Leoncini was a left wing-half and left-back. He spent the majority of his career at Juventus, making 384 appearances from 1958 to 1970, scoring 25 goals. He played also for Atalanta and Mantova, retiring in 1974. He capped for Italy twice in 1966. A generous player, Leoncini instrumental thanks to his movement and great will as he gave a remarkable contribute in terms of running. Prone to join the offense especially as left-back, taking advantage of his speed, he was resistant to fatigue, possessed an accurate and powerful left-footed shot, in particular from long range. Although, he supported the defence with strength, vivacity, good sense of position. He was tenacious, powerful in closing the space, tactically efficient due to his commitment, spirit of sacrifice, the ability to recover numerous balls. When he was deployed as midfielder, he was both a playmaker from the back and the one to control the opposing playmaker. He rarely had bad performances, always helping the team in crucial spots of the pitch, ensuring reliability and personality. His determination allowed him to make sporadic mistakes, which were usually caused by a stretch of exuberance.

Been wanting these stats to updated for ages well done mate. Do you know if Rino Ferrario in need of an update? He seems a bit strong but I dont know for sure
