Francisco "Paco" Castellano Rodríguez (born 17 November 1944) is a Spanish football coach and former player who played as a centre back. He formed legendary pair with Tonono, still regarded as the best pair of central defenders the club has ever had. He scored lot of goals with his shots from very long distances. Paco was excellent in heading and concentrated in defensive duties. He did play in midfield with Juan Guedes as well. He started playing football at the College of the Salesians. He joined the youth team unforgettable Las Palmas champion Spain was proclaimed in 1962. He joined the first team in the 1964-65 season. As a coach, a position he debuted with a 0-1 victory over Osasuna at El Sadar in Division 1, we highlight its successes in eliminating CD Tenerife Cup in the 1994-95 season, when Liverpool was UDLAP 2nd B and copera great campaign in 1997, when after Angel Cappa relieve led his team to the semifinals, against FC Barcelona, leaving in the lurch 1st teams like Valencia or Spanish. Also in this season managed to keep the category in silver divison, which was in danger when he took over the team.
