INFO:Conway was a right-side midfielder and right-winger. He spent the majority of his career at Fulham, making 314 appearances from 1966 to 1976, scoring 67 goals. He played also for Bohemians Dublin, Manchester City, Athlone Town and Portland Timbers, retiring in 1982. He capped for Ireland 20 times, scoring 3 goals.
Conway was a fast player and able passer, especially accurate with crosses. Also a good dribbler, he was dangerous on the ball as he most of the times decided to face his opponents one-on-one, trying to go past them in order to look for space to cross the ball. While he had mostly attacking tendencies, he occasionally supported his defenders too.
