Enzo Menegotti played either as inside right or right wing half, he was mostly remembered for his free kicks and spectacular goals from long range. He also had good passing abilities, playing as inside forward he would always come back very deep to pick up the ball and than make some good long ball to his wingers. Veronese's birth and adoption of Udine, Menegotti was the first player 's Udinese to be on the national in 1955 (he had previously been included in the list of' who participated in the Olympic 'at the Olympics in London). Born in 1926, the son of the caretaker Bentegodi stadium as a young man he had practiced the 'athletics, winning the Italian record of jumping's auction in the juniors.
