INFORenzo Burini played as winger and inside forward. He had good mixture of pace, lot of movement, technique and goal instinct. He was very fast and two-footed, Burini had solid shot as well, although he mainly went to dribble when facing the keeper. Burini started to play in Milan in 1947, whose shirt he wore in 190 league games, made 87 goals and Champion of Italy in the 1950-1951 season. To his credit also included two seconds and two third places in the league. He made his debut in Serie A January 4, 1948 in Milan-Bari (8-1). On February 1, 1953, against Palermo, he shatters his right foot and is forced to prematurely end the season. In 1953 moves to Lazio. On this team, recovered from the accident, becomes the holder for six seasons with 148 total admissions (140 in League Cup in Italy and 8) and 40 goals (35 and 5). In 1958 he won the Italian Cup. He is remembered by Lazio fans for his contribution to winning the first major trophy for the club (Coppa Italia in 1958) and for two Derby della Capitale games (1955 3-1 victory when he scored two goals and the 1958 game when he scored one and gave the pass to Selmosson for another in a 2-1 victory). Closes his career in Serie A with 330 appearances and 123 goals. In the summer of 1959, thirty-two years old, was sold to Cesena, where he closes his career. Wears the shirt of the Italian national team on three occasions (with onset in 1951 in Lisbon in a friendly against Portugal, which marked his first and only goal for the national team). Without playing, he was part of the expedition in 1948 Olympic Games in London.
