INFO:
Boniperti was a very versatile player, mainly centre forward but capable of playing as inside forward and winger in his early years. His primary position later became inside forward but he played also as central midfielder and wing-half. One of Juventus' greatest legends, he played only for the Bianconeri, making 469 appearances from 1946 to 1961, scoring 188 goals. He was called up for Italy 38 times, scoring 8 goals.
Boniperti was an outstanding and consistent player as well as leader already in his early years. He was incredibly effective in the attack, scoring many goals and creating numerous chances for his teammates. He had good strength to push through the defences even though he fell easily when stopped with a tackle. For that reason, he earned many penalties. He possessed great agility as well as speed on long distances and even more on short ones. His quickness was an addition to his reaction that made him a threat inside the box whenever he went to rebound the ball on goal after it was saved or hit the post. Very elegant, he was gifted with great dribbling ability due to which he could go past many defenders and the trick he used the most is the side step made famous by Giuseppe Meazza. However, he usually preferred to make two or three defenders surge towards him, keep the ball thanks to his perfect technique and eventually deliver a pass. He often showed his great teamwork when distributing the ball but also when he kept it, waiting for an unmarked teammate, even when he had a clear chance to score. He mainly used to exchange short passes with his teammates or make a through-pass. The crosses were less frequent and not always accurate even though he sometimes was in charge of corner kicks. He was capable with the head and his shots were very accurate and powerful. While he could score impressive goals with volleys from difficult positions or first time ─ mostly low-ground shots on the run ─ he was less efficient in front of the goalkeeper or in favorable positions.
Later in his career, he played in a less advanced position, occasionally acting as central midfielder and even wing-half, helping both attack and defence. He was still very effective behind the strikers thanks to his superb tactical awareness and constant playmaking ability. He could still make runs even though his speed understandably decreased. His control of the ball was still the same but he used to make less dribbling, preferring to pass the ball and trigger the offense, especially from the back. He was generous and hardworking, showing great spirit of sacrifice for the team, adding order and coordination in the field with his tenacity. His passing ability was improved and he could deliver fast through-passes or long pinpoint balls with the same accuracy. His shots were still powerful and remarkable but he wasn't as prolific as he was in his early years, mostly due to his new playstyle.

According to this he could also play as a right winger: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giampiero_Boniperti, http://www.salutesoccer.com/2015/11/top ... e.html?m=1.

R.I.P. The greatest ever Juve legend alongside del Piero.
Edit: STA seems to be pretty underrated here. You even wrote in the text that he was hardworking player (what he was, especially in his later years when he played deeper) and certainly superior to Sivori there.

I had the same doubt when we updated him. I'll go for 81.
