INFO:Jacky Fatton scored 307 goals in 440 first division games from 1943 to 1963 playing on the left wing. With Servette, he celebrated winning four championships in 1946, 1950, 1961 and 1962. Three times, in 1948/49 (21 goals), 1949-50 (32 goals) and 1961-62 (25 goals), he was top scorer in the National League A. His record in the 1950: 32 goals in 31 games. As a 36-year-old in 1961/62, he scored at his fourth championship win in 17 games 25 goals. He was an incredibly prolific winger. Of only 1.66 m outside left had a hard and accurate shot, very fast player. Quick response, he brought in promising shooting positions and achieved by his good athletic condition even in the last minutes of play decisive goals. After the 1954 World Cup Fatton moved for three years at Olympique Lyon. Fatton contributed in 83 games with 33 goals for the club from the Rhône département. On 11 May 1946 he made his debut in London at the 1:4 defeat by England in the 'Nati. With the 53rd International match on 19 June 1955 at home in Geneva against Spain, he took his leave from the national team. Previously, he had participated in the World Cup in 1950 and 1954. Karl Rappan called Jacques Fatton as "the best left winger," the world has ever seen in the Swiss national team. At 38 years, now with white hair, he ended his career after the season 1962/63.
