Did you watch him while making this set or is it based on texts?
I'm sorry to say that but this isn't representative of Marquitos at all, Attacking wasn't part of his game, he was technically (very) poor, his passing was poor as well and he was a physical defender indeed. He was a right back in theory but in a 3 defenders system back then. You can consider him rather a CB as he played like one (a pure destroyer only dedicated to defensive tasks) in the right side of the defence.

Yes, all those lately posted Real players look overrated...

I didn't want to be the one to say that  But I fully agree

When you watch their game, that is striking. Players like Rial, Puskas, Di Stefano, Santamaria or Dominguez the keeper were world class individualities, Gento was already below those ones, he was very fast but apart that nothing special technically and individualistic in many situations. Some spanish players like Mateos, Chus Herrera or Vidal were just good, but the others like Marquitos, Miche, Satisteban etc were average and disciplined players who were there to do the job in their positions. Of course, as always, the journalists and the texts spread more 'romantic' stories of these players thanks to the records that team has achieved.

I don't talk about more renowed Spanish players like Munoz, Zarraga, Lesmes or Atienza as I haven't seen them play yet. That 55-60 Madrid side was already like the "Zidane & Pavones" Real Perez tried to set up in the 00's: Some role players mixed with world class ones, mainly in the forward line that could make the difference at any moment to secure the win, the only difference is that in the 50's it worked and under Perez it didn't (for various reasons). It wasn't overall a very impressive team when you watch them, the 70-73 Ajax for example seemed way more impressive to me than that Madrid side (of course it was another time and already another football but still...)

Speaking about Marquitos, like I said he was a tough defender, very strong and agressive on his opponent. Apart that, nothing special, even his positioning wasn't very good, average speed and really poor technique & passing and no attack. He is a legend there because he played on the right era and thus has a great palmarès.

It's a mixed of text, statics and a couple of matches... And about that, he was SB in his first year with Real Madrid, and before too, thats why I put SB (Madrid's system in 1954-55 was 4-2-4 and Marquitos played as RB.) although I have to recognice after that year he switched into CB and lose his attack skills and became a little poor in skills and that, maybe that's why I overrated him in that aspects.

Anyway, about Muñoz and Lesmes, I have to say I don't think they are overrated in their sets, maybe BB for Lesmes and DEF and JUMP for Muñoz (with the only three things I have doubts with them...)
And Antonio Ruíz, I only think his dribbling skills could be lower.

Although, general updated being more realistic to Marquito's era in Real Madrid and not when he was SB...

Thanks, don't forget WFA/WFF, I gave him 4 but it shouldn't be better than 5 in both of the attributes.
And I guess you're using the PES 2013/2014 cards format but he should have Marking in SA/Cards as he was a tenacious and tough man marker.
