INFO:

One of the greatest FK Sarajevo legends and absolute record holder with more than 700 games for the club. Not to forget he scored 83 goals for the club which is excellent for a defender from 50's. He played as side back, first on the left side with Miroslav Brozović on the right side, but after Brozović retired Ibro moved on the right side. Very strong and hardworking with ferocious shot, often scoring from penalties and free kicks. Besides he was very fast, agile and consistent. In the 1952 season, becoming the standard and indispensable first team, and has played mostly at left-back position. The season in which Sarajevo were struggling, he enrolled in 12 appearances, but that in the next season, 1952/53, when the competition has again returned to the autumn-spring system, Biogradlić enrolled 27 appearances, including the Cup match, and this time and even scored 5 goals, three of which reached the championship match against Lokomotiv. In fact, his lethal left, Sarajevo became the trump card of the year. Biogradlić is increasingly took on the role of artist kicks and free kicks, a powerful and accurate shot, which he owned, enabled him to get his name more often found in the list of scorers. The best reward for extraordinary parties in those two seasons, came from the youth team coach of Yugoslavia, which has been entered in this period a total of five performances. Because of injuries, he missed most of the season 1953/54, but returned before the end of the season and he went and maybe the best period of his career, which is garnished with a call to the national team of Yugoslavia. Only appearance for the national team of Yugoslavia, Biogradlić attended the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956, in the semi-final clash between India and Yugoslavia. Biogradlić played the entire game, and Yugoslavia won by 4-1 and ensured a high place in the final of the season, a very prestigious competition. Biogradlić ultimately did not get a chance to play in the finals, where he lost to Yugoslavia Soviet Union with 1:0, but is adorned silver medal, becoming the first and only player to Sarajevo Olympic medal. Several times after the Games, Biogradlić he received an invitation to the national team, but has not set any new performance. In the autumn the 1957, he went to the army, but without him Sarajevo and still managed to fight back to the majors. After his military service, he returned to Biogradlić standard 11, and although he had many offers from other clubs, however, to the very end of his career remains faithful to maroon color. The closest was a departure in the summer 1964, when a great party in Rapan Cup, along with Hase was on the verge of joining the Dutch De Volewijckers, but in the end both of the other points. Even before the end of his career, he became Biogradlić team technical director, and the maroon jersey goodbye to the best, winning the championship in season 1966/67, where he enrolled in 15 league appearances. So after 17 years, his career ended, he spent the entire Kosevo, making 378 appearances in a competitive game, the title itself has provided players with the most games played convincingly in Sarajevo. Biogradlić died in 2015.
