Capo, you should review this one, as well, as the set has exactly the same problem as César's original one had; he is completely underrated in many of his key aspects and in several others, as well.

My suggestions:

ATT 92 (three points below César and four points below Zarra; he was simply a goalscoring machine).

RES in the same region as Zarra and César as he was known as a fox in the box.

ST, same here. He should have an orange value in this, too.

Also, I'm not sure whether AGI, TS, ACC and especially DA and TEC should be that low. ;)

There's always a reason on why several values should either low or 'extremes':

If you can't find a info regarding xx ability, you simply: 1): Don't give it a good value, that's it if you can find a info to support a value, then there is no reason to inflate that value or 2): you give an 'standard' value for it in order to fill the set; i mainly do that (the first way), in order to not make robots..

EDIT:

BTW here is where i based myself in order to create this player (in spanish though)

Update:

BB: 82>83
TW: 70>66 (I'd say that he probably was the typical forward of the time, not very interested in the build up, rather focused on finishing the chances.)
