The first real team that played was the Vanchiglia Carlo Parola, in 1935, word had significant quality and could not have been noticed by many observers of the big clubs, including Juventus. "Carletto" he moved the team here at the OND Fiat and Juventus, after Umberto Caligaris brought very positive references to leaders of Juventus on behalf of the young midfielder. Caligaris was the coach of Juventus and one of the biggest problems was the replacement of Luisito Monti, who had left the club. "Berto" tried Varglien II, a talented football very adaptable to any role, but the solution did not satisfy much the coach, although Juventus ended the 1939/40 season in third place, behind the Bologna and the Ambrosiana. "Carletto" came to the interest of Sandro Zambelli, was transferred to Juventus from Fiat, what would become one of the greatest fullbacks central systems of the world, a "classic" in his role, played midfielder and even striker. Then the needs of the team withdrew in the second line, which debuted in the role in the league, 3 December 1939. That Sunday Juventus hosted the Novara and Caligaris decided to gave debut to "Carletto", which has become his pupil. Parola played a good game, sparking the applause of the white fans and the enthusiasm of their fans personally, so-called "Gang of Brianza, which even tried to invade the field to celebrate the player. The sad days of the death of Caligaris, felt an incredible pain, had not only lost a coach, but a second father. "Viri" Rosetta not bring himself to pick up the legacy of his late great friend and coach, became Felice Borel, the incomparable cenre forward Juventus of five years. The relationship between the "bow tie" and words were not perfect, at least initially, the first was a convinced supporter of the "system", the defender, however, was faithful to the "method" and the differences in tactics between the two forms of gambling were Fundament role of defensive midfielder. "Carletto", as someone who was intelligent, did not take long to understand the basic concepts of the "system", adapting to the new way to play. Carlo Parola must rank as one of the largest clutch of modern European football, class and intelligence of the player could not escape some of Vittorio Pozzo, who sided with the National Youth in black and white, against Hungary. The stopper holder of that training was Todeschini, but Pozzo called Parola and gave him the number four jersey. The match was played in Turin, 6 April 1942 and were the blue dominated with the result 3-0. On January 6, 1943, at a subsequent match with the Croatian National Youth team, Parola played well in his natural role. The jump in the national team took place in Zurich, the first game after the end of the war against the Swiss national team. Pozzo chose the block of Turin, with the exception of Sentimenti IV in the goal, Parola stopper, Biavati right wing and center forward Piola. The game ended with the unusual result of 4-4. Parola's international fame increased greatly after a few years when he was part of the "Match of the Century", May 10, 1947 in Glasgow between Great Britain and the representative of Europe.
