Adolf Huber is legendary Austrian footballer, regarded as natural successor of Matthias Sindelar due to similarities in their playing style. But Huber's career was ruined by permanent injuries, he could barely play whole season without getting injured. He played as inside forward and centre forward, excellent dribbler and brillant conductor in attack who knew to create open space and chances for him and his teammates. Besides he had solid passing range, peculiar running style, very agile player with great technique. On 23 January 1939, Dolfi "Natzl" Huber came to Austria. He was actually Admiration fan and even played in the rapid youth. Austria's goalie of the day, Rudi Zöhrer was an acquaintance of the Huber family and steered him to the Violet. Dolfi Huber was one of the most prominent figures in the history of Austria. Firstly, as a brilliant mind working in an equally brilliant ensemble. The incredible interplay between Ernst and Ernst Melchior Ocwirk worked mainly because Huber created as a directing center-forward course. His debut in the then 18 year old dress of Austria celebrated on 26 July 1941 at the seven gates against audition Helfort 15:1. His career took a small inconspicuous cartilage, one end, the athletes at all a bad reputation standing meniscus. A serious knee injury forced him to a long rest. In 1946 he tried again, but to no avail, the annoying little leprechaun was stronger. Since he decided in Septemer 1946, a radical cure, and confided his damaged knee surgery the best knife Stradals professor. The surgery was successful and from January 1947 was the "Dolfi" Huber back in training. In the spring of 1958 he moved to Wiener Neustadt, SC. As a youth leader, he returned again later.
