Legendary Valencia goalkeeper. Ignacio was the best Spanish keeper of his generation, very powerful and agile, elegant, very skillful with his legs, dominating the penalty area with good reflexes, blocking lot of shots. He was the son of Augustin Eizaguirre, Real Sociedad goalkeeper and substitute of Zamora in the Antwerp Olympics, which means he went to tournament given that he was not going to play. At age 16, during the war, Ignacio was called to a national team that failed to compose himself. Nothing more competitions resumed gave the word of signing Luis Colina and maintained at the expense of being declared in default and spend a year on white.
