Maybe I got influenced by texts, looks almost better than Pippo Inzaghi (I only gave him *Scoring because the set itself is top class, giving him more Special Abilities will boost his overall even more).

Speaking of overalls, which is his Teleco' overall in the newer PES you guys play?

I play PES 2017 and it's 83-84 depending on how much Ball Winning and Body Control you give him. Since you mentioned Inzaghi, I can say that he has 84-86 overall.

IMO Teleco should be given the minimum in Ball Winning, don't really know what Body Control really do, Konami revamped a lot the stats system and I don't have the monetary power to keep myself updated to also give my support/discomfort about the general opinion about how the newer stats system work.

Body Control is a stat you give high to those players capable of keeping balance while dribbling more players. I'm not quite sure that it's the same as Agility but I just noticed that Messi has 96 in both Agility in PES 2011 and Body Control in PES 2017.
That said, it clearly doesn't look like dribbling was one of Teleco's trademarks. I'd give him low 70s. Therefore, he ends up having an 83 overall.

I believe it is a fair overall for him. Maybe a bit lower would fit better (82 or 81) but never higher.

Yes, I do. I think it's quite accurate. Also, take in mind that it's very close to Konami's PES 5 set, which is good as well.
