Albert Guinchard has his whole life only played football for a club - Servette! His nickname was "Dody". Guinchard was a physical education teacher and a graduate physiotherapist very multiple sports. 1931, when 17-year-old, he played basketball for the Swiss national team. Later he was coach of the Swiss women's national basketball team! Guinchard was also a very good athlete. In 1931 he played for the first time in Fanioteam Servette. The new player-coach Karl Rappan had noticed the boy quickly. He would play 16 years for Servette and bring it to the championship four times to Geneva. What a loyalty!
