Hitrec as a , the Građanski Zagreb (1932-35) and Racing Club Paris (1935-39). For the Yugoslav national team (1931-35) played 15 games and scored 15 goals; debut 1931st against Czechoslovakia (2-1) in Belgrade and achieve an effective goal against Plánička famous goalkeeper, and the last time the 1935th against Czechoslovakia (0-0) in Belgrade.
