Wudi was offensive midfielder, or back than known as inside forward, he played as both inside left and right. But didn't have much space in NT because of the phenomenal generation of players on disposal in Austria at the time. He was inside forward, classic playmaker and technically brillant player. Wudi was great conductor with superb abilty to control play of the team. All actions in midfield passed through feet and brain of Wudi. He was dynamo of his teams, motor of attacking line, decent scorer as well since he scored 35 goals in 49 games in Hungarian league where he was the integral part of the team which won 2 league titles in '36 and '37.
