Molzer was right winger mainly, but he played also as inside right and centre forward. Player with excellent dribbling, solid pace and accurrate shot. He wasn't particularly strong but played also as centre forward, than as inside right since the CF spot was reserved for Sindelar. And finally he settled on the right wing position, somehow the most suitable considering his characteristics. He had decent crosses but he wasn't typical winger, he was more keen on scoring rather than providing, but he supported the attacks well with good teamwork.
