Attack/Defence Awareness Card: BalancedINFO:Peter Serantoni (Venice, 11 December 1906-6 October 1964) was an Italian football coach and player in the role of the Defensive Midfielder, but begin his career as a domestic.
Raised in Venice, passed in 1928 to Inter, which won the first Serie A championship in 1930. That season was one of the driving team nerazzura, going to score 16 times. He stayed at Inter until 1934 to move to Juventus, with whom he won his second championship staff in 1935, staying for only two seasons at Juventus. In 1936 he moved to Rome, with whom he played until 1940, after which ended his career in Serie C in Suzzara. Later coached the Padua and Rome
On 12 February 1933 began with the national team in Belgium, Italy 2-3 and played in some other games, but does not take part in the World Cup of 1934. In that year, however, played the famous game with England gone down in history as the "Battle of Highbury". It was instead called by Vittorio Pozzo for the World Cup in 1938, where he was holder fixed, winning the world title. He concluded his experience in blue in 1939 with 17 matches and scored 4 goals.
