Very reliable player with decent strength although he was very fair player and true gentleman. His main qualities were excellent sense of positioning and great heading abilities, one of the best defenders in country ahead of the WW 2. Born on 12 April 1908 in Veliko Gradište, died 9th August 1993. Split. He was brought to the offspring BSK Belgrade (1922-1937), which is 24 January 1924th played for the first team and demonstrated, as a left back, a very high class, was the largest "gentleman" of the Belgrade football of his time. After the Olympic tournament in Amsterdam, played in 1928. in France for SC Montpellier (1928-1932) and FC de Sete 5/0 (1933-1934), together with Ivica Bek. When he returned to BSK, won two national championship titles (1935. And 1936), and playing the last match for "blue" 3 October 1937. finished his career as a member of BASK - Belgrade (1937-1941). With 10 games for the selection of Belgrade, and he played for three national team of Yugoslavia (1928-1935). He made his debut on 29 May 1928th v. Portugal (1:2) in the Amsterdam Olympic Games (he played "paired" with Ivkovic - "Milutinac"), and the last first January 1935th against Romania (4-0) in Athens for the Balkan Cup ("paired" with Jozo Matošić). And the team won only one winner's trophy in this competition. He was a coach Burma (1955-1959), and for family reasons since 1958. lived in Split, where he died in the 85 year due to problems with blood vessels.
