Born on 8th June 1910th in Split, died 17th September 1975th in Split. Smallish, broad-shouldered, with a short but very solid footing, has developed into a great striker and scorer, mostly due to a very strong shot. The Championships 1933/34. in the match against Zagreb HAŠK (7:1) scored seven goals! He was brought to Hajduk Split, playing left back in the beginning, but later became famous as a forward (left wing, left midfielder and fullback). Belongs to the second generation of acclaimed "Master of the Sea" (with Leo Lemešić and Dešković), which was guided by legendary Luke Kaliterna, and Hajduk, playing until 1939, he played 354 official games and scored 266 goals. In the championship in 1932/33. was the highest ever league scorer (21 goals). For the national team has played six games (1930-1934) and scored four goals. He made his debut as a left winger fourth May 1930th in a friendly match against Romania (2:1) in Belgrade by scoring the first goal for our team.
