Raul Toro Julio is a former Chilean forward who is regarded as one of the best Chilean players ever, he was that typical player from firsts decades of XX century not very worry about professionalism or healthy but with a great talent. Was very used find him in pubs or bars before matches or even worts he used to go drunk to play matches and the team used to play with ten mens until him was ready to enter to the pitch.

He was a cerebral player, not friend of run to much but with an incredible ability to make short and long passes with great precision and intelligence. Also he was great goal scorer because his great ability for anticipation and his exceptional capacity to shot whit great precision. And if that is not enough he was a great dribbler as well.

He could be the best Chilean forward ever, even ahead Iván Zamorano and Marcelo Salas, but he had not the international successes of his compatriots.
