When he was just a kid he founded the team I support back in 1905. With him playing we won 3 regional titles in 1913, 1914 and 1916 before he went to play for Gimnasia y Esgrima (R) and later for Newell's Old Boys.

He had to retire young because he suffered a tibia and fibula fracture while playing for the National Team. Celli is one of the biggest glories of amateur football in Santa Fe/Rosario.
