Hans Tandler is former Austrian defender, an important part of FK Austria and NT defence in 20's who could also provide good attacking play with good set piece taking. Hans Tandler played for the Vienna Cricket and Football Club in the second class, before he in 1923 by the Prater to Upper St. Veit to the amateurs, and thus moved into the First Class. Tandler Hans became one of the important pillars of the purple defense, the ball and quickly, but also a good shooter and shot penalty guarantee. The first four years were very successful for the defender - he was runner-up twice each and Austrian masters - namely 1923/24 and 1925/26 - and also won the Austrian Cup three times and in series. At the same time, Hans Tandler also a regular in the Austrian national team: he played twelve times during this period at the team's defense, usually together with Karl and Josef Rainer Blum from Vienna.
