INFO:
Eduardo Domínguez is a former center-back who used to play as a left-back. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina (01/09/1978), he began his career at Vélez Sársfield in 1996. He was part of the Vélez team that won the 1998 Clausura with Marcelo Bielsa as manager. He remained at Vélez Sársfield until 2002 when he was loaned to Olimpo de Bahía Blanca, a club in which he had a good season, which was enough for Racing Club to sign him, but he suffered a serious injury that left him out for several games. For the next season, he joined C.A. Independiente and recovered quickly. In the "King of Trophies", he scored 2 goals, one against his former team Olimpo and the other against Tiro Federal. In 2006 he signed at Independiente Medellín for his first experience abroad. After a season and a half in Colombia with no luck, he returned to Argentina to play for Huracán, where he established himself as a fundamental player in the first team. On July 8, 2008, he joined the MLS team Los Angeles Galaxy. In January 2009, the Los Angeles Galaxy released him and he returned to Huracán to play for a season and a half, achieving second place in the 2009 Torneo Clausura alongside a team full of figures called "Los Ángeles de Cappa". In 2010 he signed to play for the newly promoted All Boys. There he became a stronghold and star, playing for two seasons. After his time at All Boys, in 2012 he returned to Huracán, signing a two-year contract, with the idea of finishing his career at the club. After playing in the first round of the 2012-13 Primera B Nacional season, in February 2013 he signed with Atlético de Rafaela, on loan for six months, to play in the first division of Argentine football. After finishing his loan at Rafaela, in July 2013, he returned to Huracán, marking his third return to the club he loves. In this cycle, he was captain and leader of the team that was crowned champion of the 2013-14 Argentine Cup against Rosario Central (a title that ended a 41-year drought without championships for the Parque Patricios team), and of the 2014 Argentine Super Cup against River Plate. Furthermore, that same team led by Domínguez, achieved promotion to the First Division of Argentina on December 14, 2014, through a playoff against Atlético Tucumán.
