Janda was a versatile player, He can played to attack and defense. Janda was a prolific goalscorer with very strong body ( although he was small ), good speed, technique, very agile, good fighting spirit and also had very strong and precise shot ( he usually scored from distance ). He was participated for Czechoslovakian national team at the 1920 Summer Olympic. He played 10 games and scored 11 goals, and on club level he played 330 games for Sparta Prague and scored 284 goals.
