Josef Blum is legendary Austrian footballer. He played as the left back and was long time NT captain. Blum was player with very good positioning sense, good pace and intelligence, strong shot and was good set piece taker. He had good vision and calmness, knew to make some good passes and had excellent tactical awareness. Josef Blum began his career in 1913 when Nussdorfer AC. In 1918 he moved to the First Vienna FC 1894 and remained faithful until his career Döblinger end of 1933. The Wiener was in his time as one of the foremost defenders of Austria. With the Vienna Blum also celebrated major successes as a player. 1929 and 1930 he was with his club Austrian Cup Winner, 1931 Austrian Champion and Mitropapokal winner and 1933, (with some inserts 1932) shortly before ending his active career as a trainer and a change to the Austria Vienna Austrian champion again. His debut in the Austrian national team celebrated on 7 Blum November 1920, in a 2-1 win against Hungary in Budapest. By his fellow players at the Vienna and the team he once was because of its facilities "Wödmasta" (world champion) called. A title that later, after the second World War Ernst Happel fell. From 1920 to 1932 he completed a total of 51 missions in the national team for 12 years and was its undisputed master. On the first play of the miracle team of 16 May 1931 against Scotland was Josef Blum already 33 years old and was considered a well-respected head of the team of Austrians. Played his last game for the national team Josef Blum, who also was called 20 times in the team in Vienna, on 24 April 1932 in Vienna. The Austrian team celebrated a 8-2 victory over Hungary. After his active career as a football player, he served as coach Austria Wien, Racing Strasbourg, First Vienna FC 1894, the Viennese sports club SV Kapfenberg. He celebrated with the Vienna Austria, 1933, in his first year with the victory in the Vienna Cup and the Mitropapokalgewinn his greatest successes as a coach. Josef Blum died at the age of 59 years from the effects of a stroke in 1956.

Shouldn't he be RF/LS?

He played also on the right side, I don't see some big problem with both sides in his set..
