Attack MindedINFO:Harry Johnson Jr. was a centre forward who spent almost his entire career at Sheffield United. He was the son of another Sheffield United legend and international player with the same name. He played for "the Blades" from 1916 to 1931 and he's still today the club's top ever scorer with 252 goals in 351 matches, winning the 1924-25 FA Cup and being the team league leading scorer for nine consecutive seasons. He then managed to become a legend at Mansfield Town as well, scoring 104 goals in 163 games between 1932 and 1935, before retiring.
Johnson was described as a striker who wasn't gifted with good technique, not being able to stop the ball and keep it on his feet or couldn't distribute it properly. However his prolific scoring ability, his styling finishes and his deadly as well as electric shots made him a true match winner. Thanks to his tireless energy and remerkable pace, he could turn half-chances into goals and was a threat for the defenders, who didn't have a minute of rest. It's said that he was so good that during a reserve game, a fan of the opposing team threatened him with a gun!
