This is what I have for Muslera. Overall, I think Simcav's set is good, the things that really bugged me were the DEF/RES/GKS combo and his COND/CONS numbers.

Muslera was thin and nimble, possessing good reflexes, acceleration and jumping, being able to perform quick saves. On the other hand, his positioning and rushing out of goal was very awkward at times (e.g. the events leading up to Suárez's handball vs Ghana). It appeared as if sometimes he was completely lost and had no idea how to position himself in order to block a shot.

He was also high fumble-prone, being very inconsistent while trying to attack/punch the ball or handle it.

I chose to lower his DEF by 1 point, up his RES by 2 and downgrade his GKS by 2 points. Also, I reduced his MEN (nerfing his performances under pressure) and his TW. Also, 7 for CONS seemed too over the top for a GK with 1,17 avg. goals conceded per game. 6 for his COND seemed ok to me.
