Okay, some points from me:
Nickname: "Pische", "Piszczu"
He also can play as CB, so this position should be added here. Regarding STA, I don't think he is worse than Marcelo there, so he could claim 88 as well there. DEF is clearly underrated, he is way better than both Alves (who has 64) and Marcelo (60) there, also on RES he sholdn't have a lower value than those two guys. During those years he often showed that he can defend quite good (not just in BL, also in CL against bigger opponents), so his DEF value should be rather something like 67-70 (although 70 might be a bit too high)
On the other hand he isn't that agile IMO, Konami's value (77) is to harsh, 83 might also be a little bit too high, so maybe something in the middle? And era can be extended to 2010-2013, in Dortmund's championship season 2010/11 he was also important player of the squad. Probably AGG could also raised to 81 or 82, should be enough to represent his attacking movements correctly ingame

None, i don't have any, just copied Konami there, and i suppose he was better isn't?

I'd say so, I mean, he isn't a tank but on the other hand he isn't that weak. If I compare him to Ümit Davala (who played on the same positions, had quite similar phyiscal attributes and also similar playing-style), I don't say that there should be 8 points different between them (in case you have any other players for comparision, just tell) and I'd actually give him yellow value there. At least from what I saw from him, he never had real problems in physical contact with opponents.

80 will be good, he would be above Arbeloa, and him wasn't a physical dominat player (or dominant in any aspect lol), besides if i look a nowadays SB, like Lichtsteiner, he seems far strong than Piszczek.
