Maggio in my opinion is needed to avoid a lack of proper side backs and the other defenders were all key members in at least one Serie A winning season. What about both Carnevale and Luís Vinício in the reserves for Koulibaly and Insigne? There would be eight defenders and six forwards. I wouldn't mind to be honest.

I think he can replace Maggio. We have: Bruscolotti and Ferrara who can play on the right, Ferrara and Francini and even Krol on the left. I think we are well covered.
Last but not least Maggio quite never played RB in Napoli, very often RWB in 3-5-2

Napoli are winning the Serie A and they reached the Champions League quarter-final for the first time ever. At the end of the season, I would replace Crippa with Zieliński and possibly Luís Vinício with Osimhen who is getting close to Luís Vinício's number of goals but with at least a Serie A among his trophies. Other players can be added to the reserves: Koulibaly (he can even go in the first team), Di Lorenzo, Elmas and Mário Rui. Potential candidates in the near future are Meret, Lobotka, Politano and Kvaratskhelia.

And after this year's Scudetto, Osimhen and Di Lorenzo have to be 100% somewhere in this team.

I'd say Insigne has to be in the main team and Mertens in the starting 11, we rarely saw players as good as them at napoli
