I'd replace both Davide Mandelli and Valter Birsa. Mandelli can be replaced by Nicolas Frey who was a better defender and played a bit more matches. Birsa can make space for a striker since four seem too few. At first I thought about adding Alberto Paloschi but I'd add Bruno Vantini. It's true that he played in lower leagues but he spent nearly twenty years at the club and he's the club's all time top scorer with 159 goals. In my opinion, Përparim Hetemaj also deserves a spot in the first team, possibly instead of Luca Rigoni.
