Time for "general" Lucescu to be the coach of this team. A. Zivkovic is a reserve at least. Taison for sure & maybe Konstantelias could be added as well. I wouldn't mind seeing Baba Rahman [great LB], even if it could be too early. About 2023-24 league title also, Meite was an x-factor, but I don't say he should be added. About others, I don't get how Tzavellas entered first team. He could be kicked out completely, possibly. Labis Kouiroukidis is considered a top-10 all-timer, so you could find him some space. El Kaddouri is unnecessary since Ivic exists [inconsistent presence due to injuries].

Živković can even be in the first team. Who would you take out, though? Konstantelias is fine but it's definitely too early for Taison despite him winning this season's league title, in my opinion. I think I had added Tzavellas to the first team because I had troubles finding a good fit. I'm thinking of replacing him with Fernando Varela who had a good number of appearances and won a league title as well as several national cups. I agree with the rest you said.

Maybe you could consider moving Vieirinha to defenders & add Zivkovic at midfielders, while removing Tzavellas. I need to do a proper research, so I'll come back at some point for sure, rn it's kinda busy. I've also found a book with statistics that could be really helpful sorting things out.
