Actually the Austrians only wore this blue kit in the Third-place match against Germany in 1934 WC because both teams had white shirts. After Austria lost the coin toss, they had to borrow shirts from local side Napoli (since the match took place in Naples).
The "official" away kit during the Wunderteam era was very similar to this kit here, only with some small changes to the collar..
