No, he is not very beloved among the mexican supporters, in a similar way to Carlos Vela (Very unfortunate, both have an awesome talent.)

Rather add Andrés Guardado instead.

Guillermo Ochoa absolutely deserves to be in reserves now, and maybe it's just me, but I consider him to be better than Campos too...

Haha, that’s why I was unsure, Campos is obviously an iconic player and I don’t think there will be anyone like him ever again! I just think it’s a shame that Ochoa has to miss out considering the fantastic performances he’s had at the last two World Cups.

I'm totally positive that if Vela and Gio are here on the reserves, Guardado can be named aswell.

Javier Hernandez must be in the first team here, record holder along with Luis Hernandez of most goals in world cups with 4, and he have scored in 3 straight World cups for Mexico. He also is their best goalscorer of all time with 50 goals.

I suggest flipping him with Benjamin Galindo!

In Andreas Bomis' book about the history of Greek national team (2009): Antonio CARBAJAL, Gustavo PEÑA, Hugo SANCHEZ, Isidoro DÍAZ and Enrique BORJA are mentioned as Mexican top-5 players of all-time.

Unfortunately I haven't found anything relative across the info of the two occasions Brazil faced Greece (1974 & 2005). I expected him to be more thorough about the first match. The 0-0 draw at a crowded Maracana was considered an unprecedented success. I'll let you know anything else similar shall I come across other football history books.
