Salifu Ndure is regarded not only as one of Gambia greatest left backs but one of the greatest in general. He capped for Gambia from 1954, when he was only 17, to 1978, when he retired at 41 years. Moreover, he was a regular in almost all matches. I understand that he's unknown and played only in Gambia but the country surely didn't have the same exposure it has today.
